This is a terrific hand painted western “Native American” designed jacket.  It is cream colored and in the “truckers jacket” style.  It has 5 brass type buttons in the front with three hand painted designs and two pockets.  One sleeve has a gorgeous double feather design and the back is the most amazing.  A Native American on horseback with hills in background.  It is signed by the artist either “Sandy Stair” or “Sandy Stein”.  It is made by the company “Fragile” and is denoted a size Small.  It is 100% cotton.  The measurements are: 31″ across the front at the top of the sleeve and 27″ in front from pit to pit; across the back from top of sleeve to top of sleeve is 31″ ; 24″ from top of collar to bottom on jacket; sleeves are 14.5″.  In my opinion there is no way this is a small, even for a man’s jacket.  Lastly the buttons are a little hard to get through the button holes but they do go, they just take a little work. A fine work of art!
