AUTHENTIC AMERICAN INDIAN RECIPES C. 1955
Bound in this “Indian Chief” thick paper booklet, these recipes were gathered by Sylvester and Alice Tinker of Pawhuska, Oklahoma. It is dated 1955. I counted 75 recipes and there is also discussion about how to prepare wild game, including moose, bear, raccoon, elk and others. The hard cardboard has some water staining on the top of the front cover (where the Chief is) and a few water spots on the same page. Not distracting. And it is attached by three metal circular clips with rubberized paint.
