NAVAJO BRACELET – BEYOND DRAMATIC HUGE W/FABULOUS TURQUOISE STONE – VINTAGE
$1,995.00
This is the piece you will want to wear to that very special event!! One of the largest, most dramatic pieces of turquoise I have ever seen placed on a Navajo silver work of art. The bracelet measures 3 3/4″ x 4″. The turquoise stone measures approximately 3″ x 3″. Opening: 1 1/4″. Inside circumference is: 6″. Set in a smooth bezel on three shanks. Tooling and design is unusual, but shows off the stone perfectly. Signed “LM” which may be Leonard Martza, Navajo jewelry artisan. Circa: 1960s. I believe the stone may be from the King’s Mine in Manassa, CO. It is not the green, which this mine is known for, but a very light blue with the unusual golden brown matrix, which the mine is also known for.
