MEXICAN POTTERY – 1930’S WATER VESSEL
Very hard to find a lovely c. 1930s Mexican pottery water vessel in such great condition. The colors are still vibrant and there is nominal chipping at the base as is usual for a piece that has been used for almost 80 years. It stands 9.5″ tall at top of handle and is approximately 8″ across. In the Native American culture this type of vessel is called a “wedding jar”, not sure if the same applies to the Mexican culture.
