AMERICAN INDIAN ARTIFACT – PLAIN’S INDIAN BEADED CLUB
$825.00
A very nice beaded Plain’s war club. It is made from rawhide, leather and beads. The head of the club is stone. In very nice condition with all beading intact, however, it appears the top of the staff where the beading is attached may have been glued at some point in time. Age unknown. I bought it from an advanced collector in California who is liquidating his estate prior to his death. He had the club for many, many years but he did not remember the details of the purchase (he is 93 years old). My best guestimate would be late 19th c.
