This bracelet will not be for everyone, but for the one that likes a natural turquoise stone, it will be awesome.  The stone is rough, in that I mean, the actual stone is rough.  It appears to have been polished slightly to bring out the gorgeous color, but other areas are heavy with matrix.  The stone has a smooth bezel with a twisted rope around the bezel which measures 1 3/4″ long .  It has three shanks and the opening is 1 1/4″.  It does have a hallmark (a four point star), but I cannot find the artisan with this mark in any of my many books.
