Look at this beauty!  It was most likely made for a leader of a clan, as the size denotes power and authority.  I was told the stone was Landers Blue, but I think it may not be.  You can see the handmade bezels on all the stones.  No mark as would be appropriate with a piece that was made for family.  A wonderful piece of jewelry and history.
