NAVAJO VINTAGE THREE STRAND HEISHI, TURQUOISE & CORAL NECKLACE
An amazing vintage (or probably antique) three strand Navajo necklace with heishi, turquoise beads and tabs, and with coral is so beautiful. There are also a pair of jaclas attached, which would have been initially worn as earrings. There are two large greenish/blue turquoise tabs set on the necklace as well. It really has everything going for it. It has been strung on heavy string and does not have a clasp (it goes on over your head). It measures 14.5″ to the bottom bead (without the jaclas) and with the jaclas it measures almost 18.5″ in length. The coral appears to be a mix of coral and spiney oyster, but I’m not positive. Anyway a gorgeous aged necklace.
